For the ordinary day

The day was not empty.

Let this find someone who thinks their ordinary days no longer matter.

Moses was keeping a flock in the wilderness when he noticed one bush burning without being consumed. He chose to turn aside and see, and God called him by name.

He did not yet know what the moment would ask of him. His first response was simply to pay attention to what interrupted an ordinary day.
