For the one who feels late

The invitation is still open.

Let this find someone who thinks their chance has already passed.

At the eleventh hour, workers are still waiting because no one has hired them. The landowner returns, sees them, and calls them into the vineyard anyway.

The first workers receive exactly what was promised; the last receive the landowner's freely chosen generosity. Arriving late was not the same as being locked out.
