For someone with a heavy morning

Send them back to hope.

If someone came to mind, send them a little light for the morning.

Psalm 42 does not scold the soul for feeling low. It lets the question be honest: why are you in despair?

Then it gives the tired part of you a direction. Hope in God. The feeling may not vanish at once, but it does not get the final word.
