Psalm 55:22 does not minimize the burden. It does not ask you to pretend the weight is light or that carrying it alone is fine.

It gives the burden somewhere to go. What is too heavy for you can be handed to Yahweh, and the promise is not that you become strong enough by yourself, but that he will sustain you.
