For someone trying to trust while afraid

Send them a little courage.

If someone came to mind, send them a little light for the fear.

Psalm 56 does not shame fear out of the room. It names the moment honestly: when I am afraid.

Then it gives fear a direction. Trust is not pretending you are calm already. It is putting the fear in God's hands, one breath at a time.
